ok there's this girl named carly allen and during a retreat at church she invited me to a party the girls were throwing. then this past wednesday she sat on my lap. Plus i do not like her. she is creepy. if she does like me how do i get her to stop?

She likes you for sure. It's hard know what to do when this happens because you don't want to be mean.
Try letting her down easy..... maybe tell one of her friends that you think she likes you but you just like her as a friend. That way it will get back to her and she saves face. Don't flirt back of course or talk to her or tease her or anything. Eventually she should get the message at some point. I'll tell you though, when a girl gets a crush it could last a long time. (sometimes it never really fully goes away, short of you being a real jerk to her, or her finding another guy). So, don't encourage her in anyway. If she tries to sit in your lap or touch you in some way then move away. Hopefully she will take the hint. Of course you can always find another guy for her...
The other way to get her to stop liking you is to quit being the wonderful, like-able guy that she is crushing on! lol

First of all BE NICE ABOUT IT! Just becouse you are not intrested in her as far as relationship or whatever,is no reason not to be nice.Tell her you're sorry,but you are not looking to "hook up" or "start a relationship with her" you can say that you have to much going on in your life to commit,and your just not the type for a "one nighter" But keep in mind,SHE asked you to a party,you accepted,that tells her you must like her,you have to be careful about sending mixed messages.Thats not fair to her,and just makes you resent her for "making a move" so to speak. Simple. Tell her that you and her aren't compatible in a boyfriend girlfriend way. Then say, "I enjoy our friendship and would hate to see that come to end because of a misunderstanding about our boundaries. Since we are always going to be just good friends let's make sure neither of us sends the wrong signals to each other or to anyone else. Is that cool with you?"

She probaly likes you. Do you know her that well as you say? Maybe there's something you haven't known about her that you like. Well if not, than try to convese as gently as possiable that she's ain't your type. She herself could have some problems letting you go. Help her out. Go to http://www.lovingyou.com/ for more help. im a girl and all the other answers so far have been pretty harsh and i would probably hurt you if you did any of those to me. she obviously has a thing for you. you should, nicely, explain to her that you just don't have the same feelings for her as she does for you. please, do not be mean to her because girls are very sensitive and are easily bruised. (if you know what i mean)
then just be nice to her while keeping your distance.

Well if she tries to sit on your lap again, kindly ask her not to sit there, it is your lap after all.

Tell her you have a girlfriend and she wouldn't appreciate you having another girl sit on her lap, etc...Or just tell her you like her as a friend...

just lie and say your not interested in any having any relationships at this time. Maybe she might get the picture. Just don't blurt it out, just say it in conversation.
