my calves are so huge..it's not even muscle it's all fat..what do i have to do to lose that fat..but not to build muscle.i can't where and skirts or shorts since they are so huge....

I would try doing some bodyweight exercises that serve to tone your whole body instead of building muscle since that is what you want. Try some Hindu Squats.....sounds corny...but they work. Go to Youtube or something search how to do them since it'll be difficult for me to explain.

i big calves too but i walk a lot so it's not alllll fat haha.. well, i would say start walking. that's the easiest way to tone your calves and legs. no matter what you do you will gain muscle but if you're just walking and not super training you shouldn't get any "man calves"
