A serious lift I recomment the eliptical machine....now if you can't afford one try any gym. They are great I have one and I always use it on the incline. My butt was seriously going nowhere. When my boyfriend said it was normal to under I knew there was trouble. I worked out on this machine for about 3 months and now guess what he says its poofing out. Seriously try it... results are great.

lay on the ground on your tummy and lift one leg at a time and
im a gymnast so we do these things called superman rocks lay on you belly and lift your arms and rock it will tighten up your belly good luck
