ergh, I climb walls, code webpages, know how to uild a car from the toe, dance like a maniac, write poertry and do photography....
I'm also crazy about the environment and changing he world...
maybe i need a sillier hobby...

Well, it's gonna be uncomfortable at first, but go do something you otherwise wouldn't be caught dead doing (within the confines of the law of course; I'm sure your cellmate wouldn't think you were boring at all.....). And just a quick note: stop thinking you're not worth hanging out with. People are inclined to agree with what you say about yourself.

Get some art man! Find some hobbies, do a sport, or even an activey. Get out and do something, instead of just sitting there like a rock. Go to an activity where you can meet people.

I'm boring too. And the only time I'm not is when I'm around my friends that make me feel really really comfortable. It's kind of like they're more boring than I am so it feels like I have to be the fun one. I don't how much sense that makes, but basically find some people who are more boring than you to hang with.
Or you could find really fun people, but I don't think that would help you be more out going. You might just be more aware of how boring you are and how they aren't having fun with you.

Bring out your adventurous side! Not saying go base jumping or anything...but think of something you always wanted to try...then go for it! If you've never wanted to try anything...then um, just think of something and give it a go!

Get an interesting hobby, like stamp collecting, fencing, curling, chair making, coding websites....

ask friends to help you and give you some suggestions. Look at how others treat people and how they strike up conversations with each other. It wont happen over night, baby steps :)

My best answer to this is "GET a LIFE" It helped me. I build computers and i play a sweet game called "UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2004" On my new alienware i jsut built for myself. Good luck

read some books, might give you something to talk about....maybe pick up a hobby like woodburning, drawing or painting....find something that would be interesting to talk about, and TALK ABOUT IT TO SOMEONE
