if things are getting super crazy I remember that in the grand scheme of life and the universe it really is no big deal...or as a former co-worker put it...we are simply a speck on the speck of a giant..

I was thinking this morning what the odds of success would be playing Russian Roulette, but with 5 rounds in the chamber instead of one, and realized it was all dependent on how I defined success.
This was while attempting to deal with job stress.
Instead I'm on Answers, not dealing with job stress.

Stress is just blocked emotions.
Emotions are ENERGIES IN MOTION in our bodies.

I take one day at a time and take my daily meds and don't let people take there crap out on me. I do the best I can and try to be positive and realize my boundary's.
