It's NEVER nice to steal someone else's man.
Become friends with him. After they break up, let him know how you feel, assuming you'll still be interested in him at that time.
In the meantime though, give other guys a chance. You may find that you like some other guy a lot more than this guy.

Here is what I suggest you do. Catch him alone and tell him how you feel. Don't go overboard. Then let things go from there. If he is interested he will come looking for you. I was in your situation a long long time ago. But I figured what can it hurt. If he doesn't respond it could mean he is not interested. I wouldn't take it personally. Believe me there is more fish in the sea. Try not to fixate on one person till you meet an interested guy . Good Luck!!

Leave him alone. If he is already taken then he is not up for grabs. So just leave him alone until he breaks up with the girl he is currently with.

theres nothing you can do.
If they break up you should let him know how you feel, but otherwise, its unfair to cause any negativity between the two.
