Breakfast: 40 oz of Beer and 3 Sausage McMuffins with cheese.

Lunch: 6 pack of beer and a double six dollar pastrami burger from Carl's Junior

Dinner: 3 eggs, a six pack of beer, and a large combination pizza

Desert: a six pack of beer and a gallon of Rocky Road Ice Cream.

chose a high sugar cereal for breakfast
K.F.C fried chicken has more fat then macas
drink a large bottle of coke with it Large fries (they are fatten no matter where you buy them.)
Go to donut shop for donut or 3 after
And pizza in front of the box's for dinner
Have mix lollies and pack of chips chocolate
Wheel your office chair to the car and no sport
you will be very fat if you chose this unhealthy life style

To gain weight in a healthy way you should increase protein and calories in your diet. You can easily add supplements that contain extra calories and protein between or during meals. In the pharmacy they sell supplements as a drink or bar.

if you really want to know eat a lot of food but you dont want to eat and not be healthy. eat like mc donalds, fish, fries, foods that should not be eaten everyday. then once in a while eat some salads and some foods.

you got to be kiding you want to become fat everyone is trying to go on diet and you want to become fat? but i understand you because i also need sum extere pounds to have sum more skin

Take 2 twinkies, put them back to back, and stuff. Then wash it down with some alfredo sauce
