It might be useful, especially during the manic phase. So, when the cops are handcuffing you, they can see you are just Bipolar and not high, while standing on that bridge yelling you have the key to the world... (it did happen!)

i have no help with my prescriptions for the medications i need for my bipolar. i am just out of the hospital after expericing a severe episode and learned my bipolar has advanced. it is hard to get the medication and help i need. i cant afford some of the meds and when there is no samples i have to do with out, which is NOT good at all for me

Never heard of one. I'm Bipolar as well, and have never carried such a thing.
