Tell me people! I am a black girl 13 i need to know what is the best shampoo for african american hair i really need to know so i can stop switching around oh i need a shampoo that has something to stop my hair from being poofy when i dry it and helps hydration and heals really bad split ends

You need a conditioner that is thick but wont weight your hair down. Try using Sleek by Matrix. It is a really think conditioner that gives alot of moisture but doesn't leave weight on the hair. It is really good to help with frizz also.

Nothing realy helps heel split ends. You have to cut them off. And the best shampoo is dove,head and sholders, alt of aveda products will help to.

Garnier Frutis, they have different kinds for different things. I'm black, thiland and korean, but my hair isn't like most mixed people so I can tell you it really works...

try any shampoo that has the word "relaxed" in it. and anything with coconut!
