You should check out www.allrecipes.com.
I love this website, because you can do an Ingredient Search...which means you can type in things you may have on hand, and it will come up with all sorts of recipes using those ingredients. You can even type in ingredients you don't want. :)

oh, cooking new recipes can be so much fun! Experiment with some recipe books, maybe get one of those recipe books that says f4 Ingredients or less! I don't have a lot of time to cook, so I use a slow cooker quite a bit. Here's an easy meal: 1 rump roast (of average size) 1 package onion soup mix (lipton) 3 or 4 cups water 6-8 potatoes Clean potatoes, place roast and potatoes in slow cooker, add water and soup mix, cook on low for 8 hours. The meat will practically fall apart! you can either peel the potatoes, or leave the skins on . I personally like to leave the skin on, they are better for you that way!

www.foodtv.com - the FoodNetwork website. You type in the kind of food you want to cook (chicken, beef, pasta, etc.), and the website will give you a bunch of different recipe ideas. Most of them have reviews and difficulty levels included with the recipes.

Get a crock pot and then look up the crock pot recipes online. They are super easy! Put the crockpot on low and let it cook the food for you all day. =)
