I had the same problem. And I'm actually a pretty girl. Suddenly (like in the last two week), guys have been noticing me. The only thing I did do differently was stop acting like I was too good for whoever was interested or treating them like they were insane for talking to me.
Are you a jerk? It doesn't matter how good looking you are as long as your a nice person.
Have you tried to just become friends with someone first? I became infatuated with this guy who wasn't even close to hot because I got to know him as a person.

We don't want that attitude. That's your problem. You don't have enough self esteem. You walk with your head down and if you ever try to walk with your head up, you'll see that girls are looking at you(If you are a boy, cuz of the picture.) What you need to do, is have friends that are girls. Always laugh when you're with them so the can see your beautiful smile and talk to them so that they can see how intelligent you are. Don't push love though, love will come to you. Good things come to people who wait. You'll find some one you like and when you do set your eyes on her, Charm her with your smile, you intelligence and if you act immature around them, stop it. I believe in you so follow my advice and good luck.

Usually this happend bec the guy is lacking confidence. Just be really relaxed with girls. Practice chatting more with strangers, with everyone in stores, etc, everywhere...
