she went out with the guy that i like and cheated on him. he absolutely hates her, but she still likes him. HOWEVER she also likes another guy. someday she comes in and says "ohmgawd! isn't he sooo cute!" and then the other she says "i am totally over him!" i don't really know how to deal with this. i REALLY bothers me!

Be the big person and tell her to shut the hell up. She sounds really immature. Just stop talking to her. That would annoy the hell out of me.

tell the guy that if he doesn't like her then he should dump her, I understand she has feelings but if she has the nerve to cheat on him than her feelings-I believe-shouldn't matter to him at this point. Tell him to dump her unless he likes her, then well you can't really change his emotions.
hope he dumps her but don't force it, he may come lookin at you if he does dump her and thank you for helpin him with that.
