It depends on the booster. a few are needed every three years, and many are not necessary at all. The fact is, most vaccines last many years and there is some indication that they may last for the lifetime of the pet. There's no need to vaccinate yearly for almost any disease and it could be causing your dog stress to it's immune system. There is a lot of anecdotal connection between yearly vaccination and various health problems including cancer at the injection site.

They say once a year but there is varied opinions of people including top vets who are debating that dogs in fact dont need to be injected once a year and it actually weakens there imune system,some dogs suffer elergic reactions to a vaccine and can die from them,although this is rare.Me myself i dont get my dogs jabbed once a year,they have there puppy jabs and thats it.
