You can get a comic relief red nose at Sainsbury's and Oxfam. You can get the t-shirts at TK Maxx.
As for a medical red nose, I suggest catching a cold.

Sainsbury's I got 2 on Saturday and there were loads. If you need one for tomorrow ring Tesco and see if they have any. Good luck happy red nose day.

if you are referring to red nose day they are only sold at sainsburys but if you want another type of red nose...try insulting someone with big fists!

Hmmm, well this is in allergies....so I would say from dust, hayfever etc etc or even just a common cold!
Oh, you mean for red nose day? Sainsburys would probably be your best bet. :-P

Try oxfam shop. I think they sell them according to an advert i see somewhere....
If not just go to a local sainsburys. You might get lucky
