I reaallly like this guy and I don't know anything about him, except that he lives on my street. How do I make conversation?
I just don't know how to start.

If your outside and you see him talk about somthing VERY casual. Yuo can tell if a guys interested in you at out by the way they make small talk so keep it simple at fist. If he seems interested go for it.

Find an excuse to go over there. Or maybe act bored and tell your mom that your bored and that you have no friends in the neighborhood. Then she might get thinking and suggest calling your neighbors or something. Good luck ; )

woowwwww.............ummmmmmm you should be cool about it....I he walks past you just say hi and how is he doing... smile too.... If you start out flirtataious it will make the conversation go further just start asking him questions that you want to know don't be scared just be you
