i guess you mean "misunderstood"? then malentendido, malinterpretado...the construction may vary depending on what you want to say...for example:
I misunderstood the message...Interpreté mal/entendí mal/comprendí mal el mensaje

First learn to say it in English: "You're" means "you are" and "your" is a possessive adjective which sounds the same but is written differently.
