I charge $250/square for an overlay roof, no tear off.

It will cost you around $200 a square, that is just for labor and hauling the old shingles away. Go to Home Depot and price the shingles. Instead of felt get roof wrap, like house warp only it is meant for the roof. Also you may need new under layment. If you do get a good grade of plywood for replace on what you replace.

At a rough guess, somewhere on the order of $350. That is based on the cost of a roof I had installed a few years ago.
