Diet and exercise. I have also spent so much money on pills, doctors, colon cleansing, lymphnode drainage. Not because I am so over weight but because I hit a plateau. See a nutritionist, once. Tell them you want a healthy eating plan that is easy to maintain. Make sure the foods work together so you don't have to buy such a variety of groceries. Also make sure you want just a plan so they don't suck your cash up. I never enjoyed exercise videos but abs of steel is so amazing. I used it at my thinnest times. Your kids can play in the living room while you are on your back or standing and each exercise is only fifteen minutes. If you have time or preferrably, a local gym with child care, get there and get to running. Cardio is a major key.

When producing cookies, bake half the batch and scoop the remainder into ice-cube trays. When ones sweet tooth kicks in, pop out one and bake it to meet your craving without breaking this calorie bank.
