i did some research on wikipedia.com and found that they do not need to be completely depleted before charging because they do not suffer from the memory problems that nickel cadmium batteries did. in fact it said that they should never be depleted to 0%. however, there was no mention of charging them for 12 hours before using like you were supposed to do with ni-cd batteries. is it safe to use once the phone says it is completely charged, or should i let it charge for 12 hours?

also, if the answer to my question is yes, is it safe to use the phone while it is on the charger with my bluetooth earpiece?
