If you were really trying to be nice, you would have "loaned" her the money WITHOUT expecting to be paid back.
A truly altruistic motive is the only good one. So what if she doesn't pay you back? Next time don't loan money if you expect to get it back. I suspect you were hoping to gain something from this or you would not be so angry. Think about it.

Remind her pleasantly that she owes you $10 and ask her when she can pay it back. If she still doesn't pay it back, write it off as a loss, forget about revenge, but make sure that you let other people know she doesn't pay loans back.

...and learn from this experience to never loan anyone money that you'd be mad if they didn't pay you back. Whether it's ten cents or ten dollars, if it would upset you not to get it back, don't lend it.

Ask her for your money. It's only 10 $, thats not really worth the effort involved for revenge seeking action, is it? The trouble that you could get in for revenge, usually involves more than a 10 $ restitution.

Before you take revenge, you should remind her that she owes you $10. Maybe she forgot.

She probably forgot. I would simply remind her that she owes me first. If she doesn't pay you back, just don't loan her anymore money. Don't be mean about it. Be the bigger person.

Just ask her for the money: Hey (whatever her name is) could I get back the $10 I loaned you, I need it.

Don't lend money to friends or co-workers.

I've been in that position... Do you have E mails at work? Send one of those chatty E mails that circulate around everyone saying where you will be at lunchtime that day to get your loan back, or do it when she is in a crowd, just smile and say "Hey I could do with that $10 today that you owe me as I forgot my wallet" Good luck!!!

She probably doesn't realize that she is irritating you. It's just $10. Ask her for it. Just casually remind her, "If you could bring me the $10 you own me as soon as you can, I'd appreciate it." Be nice. She'll pay you back.
