Call your primary doctor and tell him whats going on..he might have you make an appt. asap or he may send you to the ER. it could be a number of things. some really serious..some not as serious. but you really need to get checked out because it might get worse. one of the possibilites is a heart attack.
Symptoms of a heart attack include:

Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm or below the breastbone
Discomfort radiating to the back, jaw, throat or arm
Fullness, indigestion or choking feeling (may feel like heartburn)
Sweating, nausea, vomiting or dizziness
Extreme weakness, anxiety or shortness of breath
Rapid or irregular heartbeats

go to www.webmd.com while waiting to talk with doctor and see if anything matches whats going on with you
good luck!!!!!

It could be a heart attack call your Dr. ASAP!!!

Those are all symptoms of MI. Don't wait, stop what you are doing and call someone to take you to an ER.

If it turns out to not be a MI, then see a massage therapist.
