I believe in God, I just do not believe in the Church. Most religions spend every session screaming at you that you are going to hell. Or trying to get you to put money in the plate. I don't need or desire a man in a suit trying to tell me how I should live my life, wear my clothes or speak to others. I have more respect for others than I would if I attended a place where I was forced to conform to fit THEIR needs. I pray to God when I'm in need from the comfort of my own home or under the open sky. I feel more in touch there than in Church.

2. Emptiness means "nihilism"
3. The Buddha is fat
4. All atheists have no morals nor ethics
Stuff like that... and how's your day?

well, many people who call themselves Christians act in a away that is unChristian, and against what they preach and learn. unfortunately, this causes many common misconceptions about God. it is important to 1 Timothy 4:12 "set an example...in speech, in life, in love, faith and in purity" so people dont get the wrong idea about Christianity and God.

They think Buddhists focus on karma and reincarnation when in fact you don't even have to believe in them. The focal point of Buddhism is a set of moral precepts that should be adhered to.

Lets see, how about these:
All Christians are unable to think freely.
All Christians are anti-abortion.
All Christians think everyone else is going to hell.
All Christians want to convert everyone to Christianity.
All Christians hate homosexuals.
All Christians are republicans.
Those are the few that annoy me, because none of them are true, at least not for this Christian.

They think we do not believe in Jesus Christ. We do.
They think we do not believe Jesus is the Son of God. We do.
They think we changed the Bible to fit our beliefs. We didn't.
They think a lot of things that are not correct about us; too many to list here. The facts can be found at the links below:

That because I believe that God made the world and all that resides on it that I do not trust science. I just believe that God made everything and that science is God's way of letting us know what he did to bless us. To show how great he really is.
