I'm 6'1 210 10% body fat( I have abs).I kind of realize subconciously, most guys lift more to impress OTHER guys and its more of a competion thing than a look good thing. I'm no different but I realize it.

We ladies are fragile and delicate and need special care. We need a guy that is masculine, strong and manly. We need someone to lift us up. When we hug you guys, we're don't want you to squeeze us to death. We want muscles, but we don't want too much. How big is too big? That is when you can stay from afar and see the muscles bulging out. We only want to see the muscles when you flex them. Again, too big is when the guy seem like he can't put his hands to his sides, the way the muscles are big. I'm not saying you can't compete wit your friends, just do compete so much that when you ouch us, we wince with pain. You've recognized the problem before it's too late so good luck.

Why no longer? To those sort of persons sayin' if she's sturdy she's hideous, what approximately Jamie Eason? She's no longer grotesque (no **** the two), yet she ought to conquer up a small guy if she mandatory. It relies upon on the way it is going down as adversarial to how plenty muscle/testosterone/despite they have. in the event that they have equivalent struggling with skill, no person will ever win, so what you're asking is do women have the aptitude to income as plenty mass as men and the respond is not any.

if you're not taking steroids, and you don't focus on just one muscle group (ie, you're muscular in arms and pecs and abs and thighs, etc), you're probably fine.

I'm always entertained by guys with "puffy" muscles - where the most built-up part sticks out more than 1/2 an inch from the rest of his body in that area... Usually I'm tempted to grab a pin and poke - let's say it's the biceps - and see if it deflates... By that point, the muscle's more just bulk than actually useful (strength & endurance)... but then, there are girls who go crazy for muscle builders, and I'm more interested in the buff to slightly chiseled range...

well the fact that you actually can look at yourself and see your faults it really attractive but lets see when you start to look like a muscle mass and not a actual guy i would say you need to lay off the weights i like a guy that is muscular but not to much if your veins are popping out huge there is a problem

if you look like a male model, then its too much.

think about Fabio (spelling?)..... if you look like that then STOP!

in my opinion arms are better than a six pack anyway.

it's too much when you look like you're on steroids or if it overtakes the rest of your physique
