Im going down over to Dairy queen(her job).
The plan is this.
order a smoothie then talk to her.
Me:Hey hows your day @ work going?
Her:Blah blah
Me:sorry to hear that.Look on the bright side(i say a joke)
Her:*Laughs*
Me:i was wondering?would you like to get together for lunch sometime?
Her:sure.
Is this gonna happen?

Sure it's gonna happen...if you can control the situation as easily as you can control your keyboard, LOL. First, how do you know that she is going to say that she isn't having a bad day. Second, how do you know that she will laugh at your joke. Third, what if she says no? Last, who's to say that she will even stop and talk to you. she may get called to do something else. The point is not to plan things out. You can have an idea of what you want from the conversation but don't plan it out. Just go and do it.

you dont know if her day is going wrong so what if she says its going great, then youd say sorry to hear that and shed be like what?? haha that would be hilarious.
go with the flow.
im sure she would be turned off if she found out you were doing this. but whatever it should go like:
you - hey [whats her face]
her - BLAH.
you - [order the most expensive thing on the menu, let her know you got alittle cash]
her - BLAH.
you - so...[take a drink and flip your hair back] what are you doing tonight.
her - BLAH.
you - im going to the movies with [ make a girls name]
her - [she will be jealous if she likes you] BLAH
you - do you want to go out to lunch, im starving
her - BLAH
you - matter of fact mact that tomorrow, i have to exercise [make her think your not too desperate and your busy doing something like that]

Hmm you have thought alot about this huh? I think it sounds a little desperate and cheesy!! i think that you should just talk to her found out things about her what she likes to do, where she hangs out. Then maybe check to see if she has a man. But at the same time give her clues that you like her and flirt just a little but not too much after all you don't want her getting a PPO on ya!

Maybe but I would change "sorry to hear that" to well its your own fault for working here. And tell her she looks horrible in that uniform or apron, what ever they wear. Then say when you get out of that ridiculous outfit we should go do something. And her response will more likely be Her: Like what. Go forth and be strong young grass hopper

I think you need to work on more conversation. It seems to fast unless you see her all the time. But girls like confident guys so who knows.
