Check with a local Trade School, High School or Interior Decorating School. They have classes that might be interested in using your home as a lesson. Good experience for them, great deal for you.

What about a local church or perhaps a interior decorator who need publicity. After they are done make sure the local newspaper gets the story.

Try churches, please read up on universal design in a home. I previously had a contractors license and specialized in this type of remodeling. Most of my clients were unable to afford some of the modifications and I had to rely on churches and donations to raise the funds. Also try retired craftsmen.
