a 3 oz raw Atlantic farm raised steak has 156 calories, 9.2 grams of fat, 16.9 grams of protein.
Pink raw salmon 3 oz has 99 calories, 2.9 fat, 16.9 protein

for the steak, about 300 calories. for the salmon, hard to know what average size is, but 6.3 oz is 367 calories. that's farmed Atlantic salmon.
