The two main airport are Charles de gaulle and Orly.
It's better to arrive by charles de gaulle.
Take the higway A1 towards Paris, then take the N104 towards Lyon, Metz.
Take then the A4 towards Nancy-Metz.
You will see the exit to disneyland.

Roissy (Charles de Gaulle) and Beauvais are the closest. Your question is cut off so I can't answer the part about the autoroute, but if you want to know what route to take to get to Marne le Vallee, you can take the A4 or the N104. I prefer the latter even though it is not an autoroute because there is less traffic.
