It doesn't really matter if anyone believes in evolution or not. It exists. All the evidence points to it.

Creationism. And it's technically impossible to believe both evolution and creationism, because if you examine the facts closely, you'll see that it wouldn't be possible for them to be both used. For example, in the Bible, it says that the earth and all the living beings on it were created in the course of seven days (including the day of rest), meaning that it would be impossible for the organisms to change in the course of seven days. In Hebrew, the term "day" literally means a twenty four hour day, not a figurative thousand-year day.

Evolution. But I don't know if your're only polling ,or if you are also looking for whys, so I'll explain my point of view.
First of all I'd like to state that evolution is not a belief in the way spirituality and religions are beliefs. Evolution is based on and backed by a lot of science. The more science is "invented", the more evidence of evolution also is found. Nothing scientific ever contradicts evolution. E.g. new findings in genetics and nuclear physics (for dating of archaeological findings and strata in the earth crust) confirm or only slightly adjust in detail what has been thought before. There always will be disputes about the details, but evolution is a fact. If you want to dispute evolution, you must dispute the whole of science. Evidence comes from all corners of science. From biology, genetics, physics, archeology to nuclear physics and many more.
However, there are a lot of different kinds of creationism, you may choose what you like best. But for neither of them is any supporting scientific evidence, and what science has found out, it contradicts them all. Also "intelligent design" is not more than science fiction, filling in blank spaces in what has been found out about the history of evolution with the concept of a creator. Though you may think about it, ID is not even scientific philosophically approachable. Science is pretty convinced life can be formed spontaneous in space, but they have not yet been able to produce the right enzymes that can lead to life in a lab yet, but they think they will be able within 50 years.
My personal opinion is that if there is any god or creator, he/she/it is very far away from us and not very much able or willing to influence our daily lives very much in any way. So imho there's not very much to worship or praise anyway.

Id have to say both. I believe that God created the heavens, this planet, and all life upon it. I also believe that when He created us, He gave us, and all creatures, the ability to adapt to our environments. (also known as micro evolution). God knew what he was doing when he created life on this planet. I just dont understand how some people can buy into the purely "luck" theory as to why life began in the first place. If the "luck" theory is true, shouldn't we consider ourselves doubly lucky for having the ability to continue to evolve? Stacked up against the impossible odds of life springing from nothing...wonder what the odds are of it having the ability to continue to evolve?

I believe in logic; I see the logic in evolution, but am still looking for it in the idea of creation.

I believe in evolution, my father is a professor of Anthropology. So I've seen physical evidence & read lots to explain the theory of evolution.
Good question by the way.
