i have a band, captain of tha football team is my bf, and i'm a lifegaurd. Why do people keep on calling me fat when im not. they pick on me when my bf is not around. every since i had a hot bf no1 has been hanging with me. not even my best firneds in the wole world. i dont no wat's rong. could some 1 plz help me.

I hate to say this, but ever since you had a bf have you been treating your "friends" differently? Apparently if you have a bf then someone does like you. Are you "popular" or maybe you come across as snotty to some of people and maybe u've just changed with some changes in your life. Think about when all these "no one likes me" thing started and think about what changed-chances are that you have changed and according to your friends and even other people it may not have been a change for the better.Talk to your friends and be as nice as possible. Seriously take a look at yourself and think about what people have been saying and ask your parents if they think you have changed-they'll probably tell you the truth. And be open to changes b/c that may be a reason people have bee acting the way they are.

How are you acting? Are you bragging about your hot bf? Do you act like you are on the highest level and no one can reach you ? Maybe you have caused some harsh feelings, I have seen a lot of young ladies do this and not just when they are in high school it goes on until they realize that everyone is the same and deserve respect no matter what level of income they come from it's not what you have it's how you use it and if it's with dignity and respect. You can ask yourself a lot of questions but with only maturity and the understanding will you answer them correctly. Are your parents on a higher level than others ? and have they taught you to look down on others or do they teach you not to be grateful. Sometimes kids are cruel to and they get jealous and they are out to take you down. So if this applies to you then make friends else where. I suggest when or if you go to College that you look at yourself if the same happens. I Hope you are planning to attend college education is one thing no one can take away from you.

i would say jealousy rears its ugly friend. if your bf was ever you friend she would still be by you. you need to take a hard look at yourself as well. are you acting differently? if so call your friend and tell her i'm sorry if i have done something to offend you, i care about our friendship what can i do to make things right. either ignor the teasing or call them on it. tell your bf that you do NOT want a big deal made of it but that his/your friends have been giving you a hard time when he is not around and could he please ask them to lay off. i think they pick on you because they know it bothers you. have you tried just ignoring them or looking at them like they are an idiot.

Maybe you are coming across to them as being better than they are. No body likes a bragger. It gets tiring real quick. Pay attention to how you talk to people, and how you act also. Only you can get a personality for yourself. You definitely must be talented, and pretty, but what good is all that if your a snot...

Its because they are jealous. They are jealous that they are on the sidelines while your in the game playin. Just give'em the cold shoulder that always helps. Cause remember that you have the hot BF and they dont lol

It is called jealousy. I wish I had your "problem"...lol. My suggestion is to try to talk to more people. Most girls who are presumed perfect are also labeled stuck up as well. Don't fall into this trap. Try to be nice and talk to everyone. Also, just think about what it would be like on the other side of the coin.

they are jealous and they think you have turned into a mean girl be nice and talk to your friends ask them why and say you are sorry if you hace hurt them but what they are doing is wrong and imature and then go find someone that is shy or doesnt have a ton of friends and befriend them good luck im so sorry it happens to the best of us

ok this is what i think, i think if your not fat then you shudnt listen to them, you shud just ignore what they are saying, cuz if u know that your not fat then it shudnt bother you. and if you have a boyfriend that a lot of girls/guys like then they are probably only picking on you cuz of that, they are immature and pathetic, they want to ruin your self esteem. dont let them get you down. live your life and dont worry about others. and if even your "friends" are picking on you than it shows that they really arent your "friends" i think that maybe you should look into finding new friends. and please dont let them bother you.

They are probably jealous...but most likely you have probably changed a bit since you have been dating this guy...all of your friends have noticed a change in your additude and the way you act and they probably are angry that you let a guy affect you like htat. what does everyone think of u? only way of knowing anything is to ask.. be honest and up front with ur friends and ask them whats going on.. Do they think u did something wrong. be the one to front them. make ur self look good by doing so.. I see it like this if they dont like u for who u are then they arent much of a good friend then are they??
