I always sneeze and then have to blow my nose 5-7times every morning. And to make it worse it get stuffy and sometimes runny nose. So when i wake up in the morning i have tissue all over my floor or in my bed. Its driving me crazy. Can someone tell me if this is a bad sinus? or allergy? or something...What can I do to make it stop or how to prevent it to have colds in the morning...

It may be a sinus infection or an allergy. The fact that it happens only in the AM is more likely an allergy. Try getting a script for flonase from your doc. Then ....

Mix 8 oz water with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 of baking soda. Then before using the flonase, snort up your nose and blow out the mixture. Sounds weird but this will clean the nose of mucus to allow the flonase to make contact with your membranes. You can actually do this any time (at night, in the am, in the shower) to help clear you out...works great for allergy suffers. If it's a chronic sinus infection then you will need long term (2-3 weeks) of antibiotics.

If its allergies I have no idea. Once you figure out the cure and or cause let me know. Then I can help out my dad with the same issue.
