I try to thank Him for whatever I think of but like that other guy said, I can't thank Him enough. I do try to remember whenever I can though, like this morning I went outside and it was just a beautiful day so I thanked Him for it. And I fed my cat and thanked Him for giving me my little furry companion. And I thanked God for my mom when she took my car to the gas station for me and filled it up. But I still haven't thanked Him enough. There's always another blessing right around the corner, I'm learning to see them. But most of all he saved me from hell and I can't thank Him enough EVER for doing that. Because He did something I definitely couldn't do, without Him I wouldn't even exist.

Every day is a gift from God. That's why it's called the present.

Words to live by
1. I am powerless over other people's anger and envy.
2. I have all the strength I need when I turn all of my problems over to God.
3. My life here and everywhere is unmanageable by me. But it is child's play to God.
4. One day at a time is the answer to everything.
5. There is only one real wealth: peace of mind.
6. My greatest power comes from my surrender to God's will every moment of every day.
7. Fear is the common human condition. The only solution that lasts is faith in God.
8. What happens to me is not terribly important.
9. I cannot control other people, and when I try, it leads to disaster.
10. Acceptance of God's will is my only option today. It is not a choice but a necessity.
11. The problem in our lives is powerlessness. The solution is also powerlessness.
12. What is health? Put your trust in God and go on with your day's work.
13. Self-pity is prison: I want out.
14. Envy is as bad for me as strychnine. I won't drink any of it.
15. My job today is to do a bit of work and stay calm and not hurt anyone, including myself. That's it.
16. Today, I am not going to judge. Not even myself.
17. Today, I will stay away from people who are foreseeably harmful.
18. Instead of trying to figure out the universe, I will think about what I am going to have for lunch.
19. I am not the director of the movie of my life. That is a far greater power than I will ever be.
20. What happens to me today is what is happening to one of eight billion people on this earth. That should give me an idea of how important I am.

No. Nobody can thank God enough. He does too much every second for everybody for us to even recognize it all.

No,I can't thank something that doesn't exist. I'm an Atheist and I don't believe that god helps me. Everything that I have and gained its all because of my dedication and good will. To tell you the truth,I believe that god does more evil than good.

The way I see him thank him for what? My life has been pretty crapy. Thank him for giving my little brother a brain tumor and allowing him to die, thank him for giving me a mother who walked out on us as a kid, thank him for letting my dad get cancer and have him battle it for a long time and let him lay in a hospital bed for months not being able to go to the bathroom himself, eat for himself, talk to his family so he could say I love you for the last couple months he was alive and then letting him die. So no i dont' thank him enough but only because one tradgic thing has happend to me after another. And I'm not looking for a pitty party cuz i now crap happens to everyone and everyone has to deal with loss, but still i feel no need to thank him for much.

You know, I thank God often.

Instead of whining about life's hardships...
(my brother killed himself 2 years ago)

Life was never promised to be perfect.

It's too easy for people to (obviously) feel bitter, or thank themselves for what a great job they've done.

Then something goes wrong and they blame God.

I see life as the dress rehearsal for eternity.

All glory is for God, and every moment of my life i give thanks and glory to him, because is the Lord of thanks. If not for his mercy and grace i will not be where i am today, in my town there is an adage that says: no leaf will drop from a tree without the knowledge of God. That is, it is by hsi mercy that we are alive and surviving this hard time of life.
