I can't tell just by the winding resistance. You need to know the horsepower rating of the motor. That information should be on a metal plate somewhere on the motor. If it is a large motor (probably not, at 110V), the starting torque is also useful.

Find the H.P. rating and re-ask the question. It could be 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 1, or some number in that range. It probably isn't more than 5 HP.
