You know the bar at the bottom of the screen that shows all the stuff you have open on your screen... yeah it's gone... does anyone know how to get it back? I re-did the settings and it still wont come up...

Click on an open area from the menu bar>>right click >> Properties >> Under the Task Bar tab, check the 'Auto-hide the taskbar' box.>> Apply>> OK.

Your menu bar should pop back up permanently.

Trying to to View on your tool bar, and select the menu bar which you want to have showing all the time.

Simply hit ALT and it magically reappears.

But, you have to go to VIEW immediately and check all the options under
Toolbar.

Only then will the toolbar remain in view at the top of the page. It's a bummer when you lose it, especially the Bookmarks.

You need to lock the taskbar right click on it and tick lock , the other issue with the web browser is it has been checked to show full page view , i cant remember how to switch this off but if you google it you will find it .
