If you have rented the hall for a private function, you must give her notice against trespass, which entails informing her in person or in writing, that you don't want her there. If she shows up anyway, you can call the police and tell them, "I told her not to come, and she came anyway. She's trespassing." If you don't tell her ahead of time, and she shows up at the hall, tell her in person, calmly, quietly, as soon as you see her that she is not welcome and you would like her to leave. If she doesn't, then call the cops.
Do everything possible to solve this problem before you have to involve the police - they have better things to do than work security at your party.

Sure can....if the affair is by "invitation only" and she wasn't invited, since you have rented the hall you are considered the proprietor and have the authority to ask her to leave. When she doesn't do so, THEN you can call the police and have her removed. Be prepared to press charges for trespassing, though, because the police may insist on this in order to be able to remove her. That requirement varies from place to place, so I'd call your local PD and ask before this happens.

I wish you had given more details. You mean if you have a party at a hall and she comes can you call the police to remove her?
If she's been invited or if someone who has invited brings her as a date you can't just call the police becuase you don't like her. However, if she causes any trouble or disturbance you can ask her to leave. If she does not you can then call the police.

You don't need the police, the security can remove her because:
1. It's a PRIVATE event that YOU paid for.
2. She was NOT invited.
If she is a threat, the only time the police can remove her is if:
1. She is violating her restraining her that you had against her.
2. She threatened you in any way, shape, or form.
So really, all you need to do is ask her to leave, and if she doesn't, security can escort her out.

Any employee of the hall can ask her to leave. At that point she has been given notice (Trespassed in legalese) and if she remains on the premises she is now legally considered to be trespassing. The police will then come and charge her.
The best bet is to have the hall ask her to leave as then there will not be any of the messy lawsuits that result from having other guests remove her. Best to leave it to management.

enable him call. If he actual archives some form of formal criticism, the police might check out. yet whilst there is not any data which you have finished something to hazard the babies and in case you haven't any longer broken the custody preparations, what can the police do? It takes so plenty extra effective than an irritated youngster to make the courts substitute their concepts. in addition to, the police do no longer seem to kindly upon people who waste their time via submitting frivolous lawsuits. i might call his bluff and notice if he actual calls the police. i could be keen to wager he won't. the youngsters of divorced mum and dad usually cases are clever adequate to pit their mum and dad against one yet another in attempt to get despite they want and stay away from discipline whilst they have been undesirable. yet until you have broken the regulation, what the heck can the police do?

You would do better to have doormen or a bouncer to prevent her from entering or remove her. Otherwise you are going to rent a hall to hold a conflict in.

NO...removed for what? did she commit a crime? showing up to a function is not breaking the law. If she was not invited and she shows up and you ask her to leave and she doesn't then you can call the police, but if she was invited and she comes and conducts herself in a proper fashion, then NO you can't have her removed. Why do you get heated if she shows up anyway? you got the man and he comes home to you. do you feel threatened or insecure? do you not trust your husband with her?

You have to be nice and ASK her to leave first. If they refuse then you can call the police and have them removed.
