If you meant to make you disciplined, I would suggest a daily planner. You list what you need to get done everyday, check it off as you go, and make sure you stick to it.

Do you want to know how you can be more disciplined? In what?
Do you want to know how to discipline a child? For what reason?

I don't know what your question is, but if you want to discipline your child, just do it. No one has to make you, unless you want to raise a spoiled rotten brat.
Don't complain when your child is 10, 15, 20 years old and out of control if you don't have the motivation to do it now.

just treat people the way you wanna be treated with respect and they will respect you,,that is what i was told when i was a kid,,,about 50 years ago,,i tell you it really works,,,,let me know how you make out on your discipline,,thanks,,have a great day,,if someone doesnot like you,,just do not say anything to them,,if you say hi,,some people might say nothing and ignore you,,do not let it bother you as it shows that you are a better person than them,,good luck
