Life is better than the alternative. Just don't take life too seriously. You'll be gone in 100 years anyway so it doesn't matter much if you are an astronaut or a truck stop waitress. Money makes things smoother but it shouldn't be its own goal.
Just avoid drugs and pregnancy and you should be fine.

Life is always weird for a teenager or young adult. It's how you get through those things, and how you choose your life to be that matters. Life IS great, but you have to make an active effort to make it that way, things won't just come to you.
