Get her Clear.now this stuff is amazing and everyone I know including myself that's tried it has had more than great results. Trust me i've tried everything too. The coolest part is they have a 100% money back guarentee for up to a year so you can't lose. If it doesn't work for her you can get every penny back that's what caught my eye. It isn't available in stores but you can find it at http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com and you'll even be able to see testimonies from some other people that use it. Trust me if you want to get rid of the acne this is the stuff you want.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Have you tried Arbonne's clear advantage -
it's a whole regime and endorsed by some pediatricains because it has less harsh chemicals -
My son is 13 and uses it and it has really helped.
It also has a supplement to work the inside out.
You have an opportunity to try it for 45 days and get a full refund if it does not work. It is a regime though so you have to make sure they do use it twice a day.

I used to be the same way, one thing I have found to work is the Clinique skin care line (3step) and also their anti-bacterial soap is great. Make sure she is also using a gel makeup remover before she begins her cleansing routine. Clinque gel makeup remover is wonderful. The other thing I have found to work is not using any liquid foundations. I use Bare Minerals Foundation and the rest of their makeup line and I LOVE it. My skin cleared up even more after switching off of a liquid foundation. When I was having my acne troubles I went to a dermatologist several times, tried all of the creams and pills he perscribed me and none of them really did the trick. I hope this helps!

Try this $5.00 dollar face wash they sell it in wal-mart or any drugstore. It works for me I use every day in the morning when I take a shower. It's called Dove Exfolitating face wash it is in a blue and white tube. I usaully find it where the makeup section is. Or she can try proactive which that works, but it's a little more expensive.

Im 12 years old and i use proactiv! It works very well.Yes, it is a little pricey but its worth it.It takes awway all the acne.but, it doesnt just cover it up, it gets rid of it.Also make sure she doesnt put her hands on her face. Her hands are dirty, and that will make it worse. Also, if she doesnt wash her face every morning and night it eont work as well.Just read the instructions on the bottle.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin.
