your diet is all wrong. Stick with fruits and vegetables and a moderate amount of meat. Exercise 5 days a week.

If that does not work, you may have a thyroid problem or something.

get some help like I did, its the best way. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

You are hungry all the time cause you are not giving your body what it needs. You are giving it junk. You can eat all the meat and poultry you want during lunch, just cut down on bread, sodas and chips or sweets. Eat fruits and veggies with meals. Try not to eat as much later in the evening. That will only cause you to be very hungry in the morning. Substitute sweets for stufflike jello or fruits. Oh and if your eating a salad don't include too much dressing. Then whats the piont.

Go see the doctor and make sure there is not a medical reason for this. He may refer you to a Nutritionist. It could be gas as gas can at times resemble hunger pains. I think that you also need to cut out starches in your diet but do not completely illuminate them. Have your serving of bread but stay away from the starches as they do two things. Starches put weight on you and will also make you hungry. To decide if it is a starch food keep in mind that you need to avoid mostly white foods. Sugar, potatoes, too many breads.
Stay away from the chips and junk food and substitute some healthy foods such as raw vegetables and fruits. If you do this believe it or not you will eventually not even crave the other foods. Good luck!

There are a number of things you can try. First of all, as hard as it is, try not to think about it. Most of the time hunger is 50% mental. Second, replace the junk food with foods that will fill you up. Apples are great for snacks. Try to eat things with fiber. And, even if you end up needing to snack all day to sustain your 'hunger pains,' you are putting healthy foods into your body.

Spirulina is also a great way to go. You can find tablets at your local drug store. This helps supress your hunger. Make sure you eat a good breakfast. Boiled eggs and oatmeal are great because they stick with you for a while. Try eating yogurt and drinking plenty of water.

The main thing is to make sure you're putting things into your body that aren't empty carbs. Anything with a good amount of starch in it will quickly be broken down in your body. Not only will you be hungry quicker, but your blood sugar will also drop drastically, making you even more hungry. And, if you are exercising, your metabolism is also going to increase, meaning you need to eat more.

Hope this helps, good luck!

Sometimes excessive hunger may be the result of a side effect of certain medication or from cannabis usage. If you smoke Marijuana you may need a break from it. However hunger is controlled by a neurotransmitter called Anadimide that stimulate receptors in your hypothalamus and your brain may have an imbalance of it. Another possibility is that depriving yourself of sleep can also disrupt your biological programming telling you when to have certain meals causing you to eat more so try to normalize your sleep patterns. Also eating to fast can cause food to pass through your digestive system without telling your brain to stop producing Anadimide making you still feel hungry. If none of these help you, try talking to your doctor about taking diet pills such as dextroamphetamine or phentramine to block Anadimide. (Note: Marijuana increases Anadimide). Because sometimes excessive hunger is caused by a brain chemical imbalence.

Get yourself checked for Diabetes. Type 2 diabetes deals with hunger all the time. This is one of the symptoms when diagnosing it. It's not the only one, but just one of many. Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes runs in my family. I'm not saying you have it, I just want you to be sure because you never know. Diabetes is a silent killer, and most people ignore the symptoms because they don't even recognize they have any until it's almost too late. If it's not any medical problem then you just may have a strong appetite.

well what you have to do is eat things that fill you up, not like chips and a soda, for one they are fattening and not good diet foods. Try eating foods like oatmeal, cream of wheat, pasta, fruit or bagels. Food that stays with you for a long time. Also, excercise before you eat, because then your cravings will go down. Hope this works for you, keep excercising.
