Well since my mom is a psychiatrist, she tells me to get soothing music, and turn it on while the lights are off and you are laying on your bed. It helps me a lot! But if that doesnt work, try getting a pet to talk to to let out all your feelings about stuff if you have no one to talk to. But if neither works, try going for yoga or pilates. Remember too always take in 3 deep breathes and clear your mind to take our all stress in you. Good luck!

In my case sex helps a lot but I won't re command it to everyone because some people get depressed after sex for some reasons. We hear a lot about meditation but truthfully it seems a waste of time to me. I have heard from many people I trust that they find vacuuming and dusting their house relaxing! Give it a try dear.

Join a gym - fast! Make sure that it has a punching bag, pretend that it is the source of your stress. Take advantage of all of the gym's features. This will help you relax at the end of the day.

See a therapist. They can help you! A therapist won't judge you or call you negative. In the meantime before you get to see one, beat the crud out of a pillow. That might help relieve some stress. :)

Have you ever heard about Pranayam and Yoga Nidra...you are the second one i am suggesting today. i teach these things and it helps. Try this
Sit comfortably...close your eyes and then close your ears with fingers in your ears...take a deep breath and not close your mouth and hum as you breathe out...hum like a bee. DO it a few time to begin with.

To get rid of stress you should go to a therepest and talk to him/her it helps to talk to a stranger sometimes. Or you can use a stress ball.
