OK I have sort of healthy hair, but it can be dry at times, and sometimes it's frizzy...I just need some good hair tips...oh and I know about mayo, eggs and beer and olive oil..and I do hot oil treetments, and I take prenatal vits. my hair is long and somewhat straight...I wash like only twice a week and I get a few high and low lights every couple of months at a salon, but I don't go crazy....

i have tried lots of products,if not all of them, for dry hair and nothing worked for me, until the girl i go to suggested a deep conditioning treatment.i tried it and it was fantastic.it cost $25.00 but it was worth it. my hair is soft and shiny now,and i had it done the first part of january.she said it's a good idea to have it done with every cut or every other one.i wish i knew what it was.also, because your hair get's frizzy at times, use a wide bristle comb or brush to comb it out after you wash it.that way it doesn't pull and break your hair.plastic coated tips are better than the stiff bristles too.

my mom has very dry hair and she always gives me great tips to keep my hair healthy. What i would recommend doing is lay off the hair dryer for a while that deff. damages hair, twice a week leave biologue conditioner in your hair over night, use a comb when brushing wet hair, never use a brush! also if you wash your hair too much that can also damage your hair, hot water on your hair causes breakage. lay low on a flat iron and invest in getting a blow dryer round brush to straighten hair!

wash your hair the night before, let it air dry then go to sleep. In the morning it shouldn't be so frizzy. OR Put your hair in big rollers if you have a special occasion to make you hair smooth and wavy.

The brand Ion has a deep conditioning treatment that works great on hair if you use it once a week. Also use it right after you color your hair. You can buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply.
