I'd probably laugh at you and start making fun of you in my answers.

But I like your eyes too much for that.

And that flower in your hair is cool too.

Properly meaning it was just and rightous? Then it's more of a rebuke, the Lord will choose to either plant the curse you have uttered, or nothing will happen at all. He did however say that who so curses his brother would be convicted, and he who calls his brother a fool surely has a place in hell for himself. You should not curse anyone at all, for any reason.

Let curses fall where He chooses them to fall. Only the prophets and the Lord himself had the power to lay curses upon people because that power was given by the Father. You won't see anymore prophets of that type until the great tribulation and the 2 appear and turn water to blood, call forth plagues, etc, etc.

Do not curse people, instead you should forgive them and be patient with them. What right have we to curse anyone? Believers and unbelievers all stumble, none of us have any right to curse anyone for we are just as guilty as our neighbor. It's only after He makes us clean that we can see what we were before and can be humble enough and patient enough to help those afflicted by the same disease.

Depends. Different curses work different ways and some people just can't be cursed. Others, you just tell them you cursed them, and they curse themselves by the mere power of suggestion. Often, I've found, that curses are more for the benefit of the person doing them (on a psychological level) - to help destroy or let go of bad feelings toward someone else.

... What curse? And in what context? which religion would you chose it from? you have to think of all this then think is it worth it.... nine times out of ten it's not. so forget it. and Move on. most magic's would reject it in the first place. then again.... Helping someone too much can be a curse too so you really need to thin this one down a bit. then ask it again with more detail.

Nothing would happen existentially to me, because you utter any words. Now, if I heard you curse me, I might regard you as ill-mannered, uneducated, angry, unintelligent or possessed by the demon, religion. But, I would not bother to respond, because sticks and stones might break my bones, but your words can never hurt me.
As for "doing it properly", I assume you mean according to some ancient formula, guaranteed to produce outward results. There is no such formula, nor any "proper" way to speak words, so that they produce material results, aside from someone's angry reaction, if they understood what your incantations meant.
Conciousness is a part of realilty, capable of learning what is real. Consciousness (including words) is not capable of creating reality.

Why would you want to curse anybody? anyway for a curse to work you do need to know how to do it, and in most cases if the person you want to curse believes strongly in curses that the threat could be enough,

IF you did it properly your spell would probably be blocked by my protection, then you would have to deal with the curse yourself times 3. Wanna try?

How do you 'curse' someone? Swear at them? Is it possible to curse someone assuming that you mean wish them dead or stick pins in them or something? I don't see how this works....
