OMG, thats a very tricky question! It totally depends on the family, which also depends on where they come from. The Western parts of Turkey are quite like Italy and Greece while the Northwestern part is pretty much like the Balkans (heavily influenced by the Slavic cultures). The internal parts are quite Turkish conservative, and by the North Black Sea, people are even more conservative but retaining the Turkish heritage. Well, as long as they maintain the Turkish identity, they are more flexible after getting to know the bride or groom and depend more on the personality. However cultures like in the Eastern Anatolia, which are heavily affected from Middle-East, things are not only culturally conservative but also fundamentalist and usually diverse, and its almost impossible for families to support an intercultural marriage, which still does happen as a result of rebel youth males, occasionally marrying with foreign females, usually never returning home. Marriages in the East are not only confined within the same country but also within the same territory, or even town or family. I know examples of European Turks, returning to homeland to fetch a bride from the original village! They wouldnt let a girl even from another town!
Think about me on the other hand. My grandparents were quiet open-minded (on both sides) that I am half-American half-Turkish. The only condition of my dad, to marry a woman, was, "faith in one true God" (as he told me), no matter what nationality she would be from, which was accepted by my grandparents as they adored my mom :) And the result is me!

Depends on the family. There are millions of open minded families who don't care about your nationality, being divorced, religion etc. But there are ignorant bigots as well. This is a good way to determine how enlightened the family is.

That depends very much on the family type..in Turkiye people are not just one type and might seem like there are quite a few different cultures, that depends on their area (location), education, personalities etc.. its very hard to make a comment on this to be honest as we don't know his family type and back ground..But you being a foreigner is your blessing and that's some thing good...I wish you best of luck...
