If something feels like it burst in your head, then there is a warm sensation in the same spot, followed by numbness and lightheadness?
It happens periodically (every couple of months) and doesn't last for more than twenty minutes. I want to know if I should be concerned about this, or if it is a natural thing. I have been feeling this since I can remember, but I told someone the other day and they thought it sounded really bad.

I am a teenager, so I don't think it is a stroke.

I don't know but I experienced that in my leg last month so I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. My leg started hurting a little and then it felt like something was squeezing down it (internal feeling)... then it left behind the sensation of heat and it too went numb for about 4 mins. I don't know if you should be concerned...but now I'm curious about the response. No one understood what I was talking about :P

You might want to get it checked out. It could be nothing, or it could be a mild siezure or a number of other things.

Good luck.

It is possible this is an aura but I think you should discuss it with your doctor
