A PKU recipe I don't know, but I have a really nice Victorian Sponge recipe. You can find it on www.hub-uk.com/interesting02/gluten-free-baking.htm. It's dairy-, gluten-, wheat-, corn-, egg- and yeast free.
And for a REALLY DELICIOUS ice-cream, go to www.natureschoice.co.za.
Good luck!

hum it might be hard. i heard that you can ONLY get gluten free baked good at a place that has NEVER had dealt with any flour. Including the pans, bowls and other things that they used to bake with the PKU i'm not sure but i'm sure if you find a bakery that cooks gluten free you could ask them aput PKU.
