That really depends on how everything is prepared. One egg every morning might not be the best option. Egg whites, however, are very healthy.

Try a 100-calorie pack instead of the combos for lunch. They have everything now like doritos and cheez-its, and they taste just as good.

The homecooked meal will also depend on how it's prepared. Just try not to eat a lot of bread at night. That actually prevents weight loss. You should try to eat your carbs in the morning, and more lean proteins at night. Lean proteins includes salmon and other fishes. If you eat chicken, it shouldn't be more than the size of a deck of cards and grilled. Red meat is really a no-no while on a diet. Very fatty and high in colories.

Also, you should snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day. Eating smaller, more frequent meals boosts your metabolism, which helps burn more calories.

All this will also depend on your BMI. Google "calorie calculator" and you will find many Web sites that tell you how many calories you'll need to eat per day to lose a healthy 1-2 pounds per week.

With 30-45 minutes of high energy exercise over 6 months, maybe.
Everybody is different. Some may not lose any weight, others may lose 25 pounds. Depends on your current body mass also.

yeah, but:

take off the muffin. it has yeast and it will straight to your belly.

instead of combos try some raisins or fruits/veggies.

and for the dinner, make the meat grilled and the bread wheat. and the veggies fresh or steamed.
