carbs, carbs, and more carbs. fat wont give you that look you want. everymeal, make sure your getting tons of carbs. about 400g by the end of the day. you'll see results with this.

Weight training helps a person build muscles and increase body weight. Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. By eating French fries and other oily food, you may increase your weight but you will also have other health problems like extra cholesterol. You can find a lot of information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

There is no magic bullet. Your genetic pre-disposition may hinder you from having the "body you want". Remember that when you hit 40, you'll be spending twice as much time trying to lose any excess weight that you gained in your 20's and 30's.

Try drinking protien shakes. You can get this at the health food store. If you can't afford that then try Carnation Instant Breakfast once or twice a day. I did this when I was pregnant because I lost so much weight. It did help.

use something called formula one nutritional shake three times a day with your regular meals and you will put weight on steadily and evenly. I put on 17 pounds in less than five months at first, then another 14 pounds in the next three. It will improve your health at the same time with all the protein and nutrients, go to www.myhealthabcmall.com, its the best stuff for putting on weight safely. good luck

KEEP EATING LOTS OF FAST FOOD.
also try: doughtnuts, ramen noodles, chips, soda, junk food, pizza, and anything fried and topped with sugar!
but i would recommend you exercising at least a little.
or you will get out of shape and end up having heart conditions.
