ask her out on a date, and while you're flirting, ask her in a joking way if she wanted something more serious, then u can see her reaction. If it goes well... go for it!

Start messing with another girl or let her go. She come running to you if she doesn't why would you want her. Or you could be happy with what your getting and take it to the next level and take her down (sex) you you take her down right she'll be yours believe me.
