Try this for acne:
Accutane-an antibiotic and Ziana- a new acne gel. See your dermotologist. Also wash face with cool or cold water, never hot. And never use scrubs or toners, they aggravate acne. Use a mild cleanser and mositurizer like Cetaphil, or Panoxyl Bar 10% Soap can be found at drugstores.
I dont think acne will go away without be treated medically.
Best Wishes

exfoliate often to avoid blocking pores. Wash with Cetaphil anti bacterial bar. This alone will make a huge difference.

keep you hands and face clean. don't eat fried foods. drink lots of water. if that doesn't help, you'll need topical cream that you can buy over the counter.
