I wouldn't suggest trying to take any kind of supplement with a prescription Anti-depressant. You may risk cauing a drug interaction or somehow causing the medication to work improperly. If you're still experiencing depression/symptoms and you're on medication you need to discuss these problem with your doctor. You may need a change in dosage or a different medication may treat your depression better. Some things that may help that are thing syou can do yourself would be meditation, or having a nice relaxing time to yourself where you can read a book or drink some comforting tea, maybe schedule a massage or other kind of pampering, perhaps getting outside when you can and enjoying the fresh air as well. You may also want to try to come up with a "support network" of friends and family that can be there for you when you're not feeling so chipper. If you surround yourself with people and activities that you like to do it will help with you mood. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it even if you feel you can't or it's too difficult you'll be better off in the end getting the kind of assitance that will really help instead of trying to self medicate.

You need some real help. Just taking pills is only a cover up of the underlying issues that are making you depressed in the first place.
Ask God to help you. He is ALWAYS there for His Children.

YES THERE ARE HERBS YOU CAN TAKE. BUY SOME ST. JOHN'S WORT AVAILABLE AT MOST PHARMACIES O.T.C.
THIS DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME SIDE-EFFECTS AS MANY PRESCRIPTIONS DO.
