In my office resently the administration assigned the parking spots for everyone, the problem is that mine is next to the sub-manager's spot and this morning when I got to the office I saw that she parked here "huge" BMW X5 in her spot and in mine!
and when I asked her she just said that she has to use two parking spots because his car is "too big" and she does'nt fit in one spot, and then she just turned around!. I mean, come on! learn how to drive! The problem is that she is my boss and I cannot tell her that! what should I do!!!!!!

I can't use another parking spot!!!!!!
Plus I hate conflicts and I will really like to work in a peacefull enviromet!!!

You could beat her to work and get in your spot. OR ask the person who assigned you that spot to assign you another spot. If they need to know why, politely say that the person next to you asked to have your sport because their vehicle is too large for one spot.

The nerve of some people....

Go to the administration person in charge of assigning spots and state the problem. Every employee deserves a parking spot and she has no right to take yours. She is just trying to push her weight around. I am positive the administrator will say something to her (as they should). If you want to do something sneaky (and there is space to do it) try to squeeze your car in close to hers so it makes it hard for her to get into her car when she leaves. Only do this if there is enough room or you could get in trouble for damaging her car.

There should be no conflict involved here. The administration assigned you that parking space and your boss feels the need to use it as well. You need to ask your boss where you are supposed to park. Then you need to give her some information on what harm her oversized SUV is doing to the atmosphere. If that doesn't help, explain to her how rude it is to take something that doesn't belong to her just because she needed the room. Thank you and may GOD bless.

I am sorry you are having this problem. Is there another spot the sub-manager can take (maybe further away?) She should be more aware of the rights of others-- especially since she is a manager.

Who is above your boss? I am asking this because it seems she doesn't care that she's taking a spot away from another worker.

I am not sure what to do if that doesn't work. I am not recommending that you do damage to the vehicle. That would make it worse.

Good luck.

Ask for your parking spot to be moved elsewhere. Explain the situation to whoever is in charge of parking and go from there. Aure you say that you cannot get another one, but you can always try again. The loudest wheel gets the most grease.

You could also get to work shortly before she does. Take your spot first and see if she can park there without damaging your vehicle.

You need to go to personnel or what ever department assigns the parking spaces and tell them that another car keeps parking half in your space. They should be able to handle the matter with your boss with discretion. You have done your part to bring it to your bosses attention I would go above her head now. Good luck.

honey is OK to be a peaceful person but that doesn't mean that you will let anyone step on you and your rights.. you should talk to her calm but firmly about the matter and let her know that what she is doing is not fine, and that you deserve some respect too... just because she is your boss doesn't mean that she can do anything with you and treat you that way... is not fare
and if it doesn't stop... just go to someone who's higher than her in the organization and explain him what is going on.
